Documentation of the Thirukachamkurussi Temple, Payalur, Near Kollengode, Palakkad District that was sent for the Indian National Trust for Art & Cultural Heritage (INTACH) Awards for Excellence in Documentation of Unprotected Heritage – 2017 . 30 Students (2016-2021) batch of Nehru College of Architecture participated for the award which was published by INTACH this year.

Nehru College of Architecture student’s painstaking measured drawings were recognized in INTACH’s publication, as one of only two colleges from Kerala representing South Zone, for the annual Heritage Awards.  

Hearty Congratulations to all the  students and the Team leader Mr.Maneesh Muralidharan of the 2016-2021 batch, all of whom were supervised by Prof. Dr. Rakesh Nair , Ar.Lakshmi and Ar.Aravind Raj. This is a significant milestone and achievement for NCA students to be recognized for their efforts in documenting historically important unprotected heritage for posterity.
